Maintenance is now in progress
We are planning database maintenance operations on the above scheduled date. This is follow up operational maintenance relating to the incident experienced on March 22nd impacting access to the lab platform. This maintenance is not expected to impact access to the platform or customers and is for information only.
This incident has now been resolved.
We are aware of a bug in the platform that affects the resetting of NON Persistent Lab devices that will result in loss of connectivity to that device. This does not affect Persistent lab types which are lab types that save your progress between logout/login to the plafform. This does not effect Shutdown or Rebooting of the Lab Devices.
If you are required to reset a lab device in the Lab, we recommend logging out of the platform to obtain a new lab.
Our development team are currently working on a fix to this issue and our expectation is to release a hotfix patch by Tuesday 4th April.
This incident has been resolved.
Between 15:35 - 17:14 UTC HTTP 500 errors were being logged for our API service which will have impacted attempts of LTI integration calls. A service recycle occurred at 17:15 and no further reports have been seen so far. This incident will remain in a monitoring state.
We implemented a fix that has resolved the login and error 500 issues. We are monitoring the result.
We have identified an issue that is causing the "error 500" to appear in our labs for logged in users and the inability to log on to our platform. This is currently being investigated by our platform team.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance during this maintenance window to perform database maintenance operations. These works require no downtime of the platform and will be performed in the background by our Database Operations team. These are pro-active health operations to ensure maximum efficiency of the database layer of the platform.
This incident has been resolved, CDC is now operating as expected.
