    We have identified that Connect RDP connection in Data Center ATL01 are currently not connecting. This affects Console access and RDP access. This has been identified and is in progress for remediating.

    We are currently investigating remaining issues post our maintenance window. The following services are currently being affected.<br />Portal website -> affecting administrator access to administer labs<br />API Website -> LTI 1.1 Integrated partners unable to launch into a lab<br />SkillsGapID -> Skills Gap Management product access<br />ACT Assessments -> ACT Titles are unavailable<br /><br />We are in the process of restoring these features and we envisage an eta within 1-2 hours. Further updates will be posted on this incident.

    Maintenance has completed. The team are still continuing to validate some minor configuration edits however the Labs are available again. Any further exceptions will be reported as Incidents if discovered.

    What: Practice Labs Website Data Centre Migration

    When: 14th Dec, 0700-1000am (GMT) / 0200-0500 (EST)

    Why: We are migrating the core Practice Labs websites out of our London (ULCC) Data Centre to our new Data Centre (CDC) as part of our core strategy to upgrade our security and 3rd party service resilience in lab delivery.

    Impact: To protect customers during the migration from a potentially disruptive failover we will be putting all Data Centres into Maintenance from 0600. At 0600, all lab servers will enter maintenance mode meaning that no further labs will be served allowing existing customers to finish off their work. At 0650, customers logged into the platform will be advised to logout of the platform in preparation for the 0700 maintenance start. Access to the platform may be available before 1000am however we recommend access be avoided until after 1000am. Please monitor our status page for updates.
