We are currently investigating the issue affecting users logging in through the domain login page (https://www.practice-labs.com/login.aspx) or launching labs through a learning management system.

We are currently investigating the issue when launching a lab and seeing the error "Not found; The page or resource you are looking for does not exist". We believe this is affecting all users that log into Practice Labs using a domain.

We are aware of an issue with the connection to the internet while on a lab within the Atlanta data center. A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the data center.

Please be advised that we have been made aware by our Internet provider that they are now monitoring an incident that had the potential to effect network access to our website resulting in failed connections or slow speeds.

We are engaging with our 3rd party to evaluate current status but please note that the nature of Internet routing means the impact of this incident to our customers is difficult to specify.
